Orange County Acting Academy Summer Camps

Orange County Acting Academy offers week-long summer camps where children immerse themselves in themed creative activities and filmmaking. Each week features a popular theme, such as Descendants or Harry Potter, and culminates in the production of a short film. These camps promote teamwork, creativity, and confidence, providing a safe and supportive environment for kids to explore acting and storytelling. Camps are open to children ages 5 – 15, with each session designed to engage participants in fun, hands-on learning and artistic expression.

Weekly Themes:

 

  • June 16-20: Wicked (The Movie)
    Step into the magical land of Oz and explore the untold story of witches, friendship, and adventure. Create your own enchanting tale inspired by this beloved musical-turned-movie.

  • June 23-27: Percy Jackson (The TV Show)
    Dive into a world of Greek mythology, demi-gods, and epic quests! Campers will bring the adventures of Percy Jackson to life with their own twist.

  • June 30-July 3: Minecraft (The Movie)
    Build a story block by block in this creative camp inspired by the Minecraft universe. Perfect for imaginative minds and gaming enthusiasts!

  • July 7-11: Descendants
    Step into the world of Auradon and the Isle of the Lost! Campers will create their own story inspired by the children of iconic Disney villains and heroes, filled with music, magic, and mischief.

  • July 14-18: Harry Potter
    Return to the Wizarding World to create your own magical masterpiece. Campers will craft unique stories inspired by Hogwarts and beyond.

  • July 21-25: The Thundermans
    Get ready for superpowered fun! This week, campers will explore the lives of a family with extraordinary abilities and create their own superhero short film.

  • July 28-August 1: Disney/Nickelodeon Sitcoms
    Channel your inner comedian and bring the charm of classic sitcoms to life. Think laugh tracks, quirky characters, and hilarious hijinks!
